These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Wrigleyville Iowa City (“Wrigleyville,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of iowacitybar.com and any forms, menus, or services offered through it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Age Requirement
This site promotes an establishment that serves alcohol. You must be at least 21 years old to submit a form, join our marketing lists, or enter our venue with alcohol service. Valid government-issued identification is required at the door. Please drink responsibly and never drive impaired.
2. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information.
- Attempt to access, scrape, probe, or disrupt any part of the site, its servers, or its data.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with other users’ use of the site.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site \u2014 including the Wrigleyville Iowa City name, logo, photography, menus, text, and design \u2014 is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Team names, marks, and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. References to teams are descriptive only and indicate what games we show.
4. Menus, Pricing, Hours, and Events
Menus, drink offerings, prices, hours, and event or game-day information are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Game schedules displayed on this site are pulled from third-party public data sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or subject to change by the leagues or broadcasters. We do not guarantee that any specific game will be broadcast or available.
5. Inquiries, Rentals, and Applications

All bookings are confirmed separately in writing and may require a deposit and signed agreement. Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship or an offer of employment; employment, if offered, is at will to the extent permitted by Iowa law.
6. Venue Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse service or remove any person for intoxication, harassment, threatening or unsafe behavior, damage to property, inability to show valid ID, or violation of house rules. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of guests or staff.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrigleyville Iowa City and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrigleyville Iowa City and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Iowa, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Bar@iowacitybar.com and allow thirty (30) days to resolve the matter in good faith.
11. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
